TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker this new, the breadth is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. Many pick one platform. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is there for automated strategies but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be in the works. That should round things out once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade does not.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the total package holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not make it safe. It should be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You put money in, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
